FBC Fine Sausage was launched in 2006 at Lords by the same people who created
Fine Burger Co. The principle of serving a high quality product from a
state of the art catering vehicle has now been applied
to FBC Fine Sausage.
All our sausages are sourced from an award winning sausage supplier that only uses free range Suffolk pork with natural skins and a meat content of at least 75%. We typically sell three varieties of sausage including a Classic Cumberland, Spicy Lamb and Superb Italian variety. The sausages are grilled and served with freshly made caramelised red onions in daily baked bread. The innovative vehicle with its circular serving counter and central grill station was purpose built for FBC Fine Sausage in Germany.
