The group is led by Kuldeep Singh, the entrepreneurial restaurateur voted one of Britain’s Top Ten Indian Chefs. He is partnered by Raminder Malhotra, an authority on Indian gastronomy, a famous food writer and a virtuoso chef who has cooked for English and European Royalty and showcased at World Gourmet Summit.
